This is a felony

The 6 week marker of pregnancy is a felony offense in 14, soon to be 16 states.

As you can clearly see there is no “baby” here. This is a tiny cluster of tissue smaller than a tiny booger.

If you seek an abortion in Idaho, N. Dakota, S. Dakota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, W. Virginia or Indiana at this point you could be charged with a felony.

How? If you seek advice from your local physician you will be turned away without informed consent about what your next steps should be for eliminating the pregnancy. The visit may not be medically charted.

If you tell your medical professional that you will end your life if you cannot remove this tissue growing inside of you it does not matter. The mothers’ life is not a valid reason for terminating a pregnancy.

If you seek help at home from a parent who takes you to a state where you can receive care you can be tracked (using google date or GPS system in your car) by data that can be gathered without a warrant. You as the incubator would be charged with a felony. Your parent could also be charged with felony level “human trafficking”.

If you tell a friend that you are concerned you may be pregnant and are considering seeking an abortion and that friend tells “anyone” who is related to the potential fetus, the relative of the aborted fetus (grandma, uncle, cousin, etc.) on either parent side. This “relative” can turn you in for felony offense and receive a bounty for doing it. You read that correctly if you turn a woman in for seeking health care you will be financially rewarded.
